How We Make Money

How AI Stock Trading Bots earns money, how affiliate links work on this site, and why no company can pay for a review, score, or ranking.

How We Make Money

Testing AI trading bots costs real money. Subscriptions, market data, and live trades are paid for out of pocket. Here’s exactly how the site covers those costs, and the rules that keep the reviews honest.

Where the money comes from

  1. Affiliate links. Some links to trading platforms, brokers, and tools are affiliate links. If you sign up through one, we may earn a commission. You pay the same price either way.
  2. Display advertising. As the site grows, we may show ads. Ads are clearly separated from editorial content.
  3. Newsletter. A free newsletter may later offer an optional paid tier with deeper research.

The rules that keep scores independent

  • Scores come first. Every bot is scored on the same 100 point method before any affiliate decision is made. See How We Test.
  • Rankings sort by score. Never by commission rate.
  • No paid reviews. Companies cannot buy a review, a score, or placement.
  • Bad results get published. A platform with an affiliate program can still score poorly, and that score stays.
  • Every affiliate link is disclosed near the first link on the page.

What we do not accept

  • Payment for reviews or rankings
  • Free lifetime accounts in exchange for coverage
  • Sponsored posts disguised as editorial

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you earn money from the bots you review?

Sometimes. If you sign up through certain links, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Those links are disclosed, and they never change a score or ranking.

Can companies pay for a review?

No. We do not accept payment for reviews, scores, rankings, or placement.

Why do you use affiliate links at all?

Testing costs real money. Subscriptions, data, and live trades are paid out of pocket. Affiliate commissions help cover that so the content stays free to read.
